Over the one lane bridge,<br \/>\nI see only the right side<br \/>\nof the old farm house,<br \/>\nthe tin roof and pine green shutters. <\/p>\n<p>Sometimes in my mind, I walk the road<br \/>\nbackwards. What curve did I miss<br \/>\nby taking the left? Was there a bridge<br \/>\nwith room for two? Would I be able<br \/>\nto track the single line of footsteps<br \/>\nback and take the right turn? <\/p>\n<p>Fathoms<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GOING BACKWARDS I&#8217;ve never taken 157 South until today.
